Points are stuck also previous points aren't credited

Hi Eha Rouge My daily points don't reset on time since yesterday. Also the points from the post aren't being added continously. The points lost from the update aren't credited yet. Those points were nearly 25000. I wrote two times at Forum but no response. Recently I postd two comments and instead of adding 10 points to my total i lost 2 points. Its not the issue I am complaining about deductions. I just wanted to inform you about the bug to be fixed. Would appreciate the recovery of my lost points.
