The person whose life revolves around the worries of tommorrow whether it be thought of being wealthy, successful or popular, or the regrets of his past, gets swallowed by those very thoughts. If one keeps holding on to each strand of his thoughts, those will make him paralysed, debilitated and he enters this death spiral like an insect stuck in a spider's web. The more he tries to get deeper the more he gets stuck.
