kindness is always rewarded. 

Life , we meet different people on daily basis. I am going to tell you about that person? who taught me kindness. He was worker. 

Suppose there is a worker in your company. We don't know why he is working. We don't know what the hell is going on in his life. What are circumstances he is facing in his life. He is coming to your office and observing your attitude that how you treat him and your colleagues. 

After few days he ask you for advance salary but you refuse to give him and start to tell at him. In return he says nothing and go away and the very next day something happened to him or something in his house. Do you consider yourself responsible for it or not? 

Maybe he kept his self respect at one side and demanded it in pressure of circumstances. So whenever someone low who is under us in office by post never degrade anyone and rude. Coz your words have power to heal or to hurt. So always be kind to every person in your life. No matter who it is.
