we cannot help anyone without their consent. 

sometimes people are shy to ask for help.but You cannot save everybody.You cannot help those who do not want help.

You only have to help the people you want to help—you don’t owe anything to anyone else.

If you are doing something in their respect and they are not bothering for it then why are you making yourself down and getting attention. 

If they don't need your help then don't do it. You are not  a servant. 

But there are conditions too when someone don't take your help coz he can't give you a favour.
