This is an excellent explanation of why we procrastinate and strategies to help overcome it. I appreciate the idea of breaking tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces, setting specific, achievable goals, and practicing self-compassion. This is something I'm going to try to put into practice the next time I find myself procrastinating!
