Ups and downs in life are totally normal but do you know how to deal with them? Just living in the present and accepting the reality and that you can change it🧿 for the better, reacting in the downs to make you stronger. There's no reason to be sad...it's just a feeling see, you can feel sad about not having enough friends, that really care about you but in the other hand you have your family, they are not like friends, that support you in your misbehaving acts, but they do really care and they are your blood.
