Addictive personalities.

We live in a world where everyone is smoking something trying to forget about the reality they live in.

Im I right or wrong? 
Everyone has some type of addiction is either nicotine or coffee, those things if you don't have them you'll go crazy...

cause your body is already addicted to them, but how can we really fix that?

isolating your body from them will help. It's hard I know...but if you really want to leave an addiction you have to stop it completely for a month. 

it's like that with all the addictions...but if you try to cut it that's when temptation comes to trigger your feelings and you will do it again cause your mind is so trained, used to you to do it and feel the chemicals it has, your body is already addicted to those chemicals but you can still control your mind. 

it's something like...when your mind tells you no...but your heart is saying yeah or viceversa. Your mind says YEAH but your heart knows your shouldn't do it. 

how do you want to live forever? What are the things you do every day to take care of your temple/body/ mind space? 
are you having your meditations? Your yoga? your daily inside talk, your daily prayers. Your thanks to the universe and GOD. 

it's not hard to love everything and everyone around you. Sometimes we can love someone but from a far cause you know it's just not good for you. It's just a mindset. That nothing negative ever can affect you, even if it's around you, your mind is stronger to say that's not good and I shouldn't entertain that. Everyone has that in them? If not work on it. Sometimes no one can really understand you but you and people can only understand you as much as they know themselves and what they been thru to give you an opinion but at the end of the day the best answers you'll find them when you wake up in the morning, you get some sunlight, ready with the pen on the hand to write just how you are feeling and asking the most high to heal you giving thanks at the same time and that's when you will get your mind clarity. Stop thinking that locked in your room you will get that, in fact you not even getting any oxygen and almost all the food that's not fruits have some type of toxics in them that affect us.

if you want my personal opinion, just do things that keep you busy, not to think about stupid stuff like alcohol or your next hang out. Cause when you are really busy with important stuff and family, you won't have time for that either ways.
